Our online training packages provide maximum flexibility combined with the personalised real-time coaching sessions with our expert consultant-trainers.

We conduct our coaching sessions via Skype, Zoom, WebEx or phone; which delivers a powerful combination of self-study and personalised support, specifically aligned to your needs. Our sessions are facilitated by highly qualified trainer-consultants, with a minimum 10 years' global experience across the public and private sector.

Rest assured, you can study at your own pace, and there are no time limitations to complete the program.

Package inclusions

All online training packages include:

• Extensive course content and exercises

• Up to 3 personalised video/phone coaching sessions* in real time, with a certified trainer, which will cover:

  • Course content

  • Exam preparation

• A practice exam

• Access to the global PECB online training portal

• A computer-based ISO certification exam

• Globally recognised ISO certification with the PECB

  • Lifetime ISO certification for Foundation level candidates

  • One-year ISO certification for Lead level candidates

How it works

After signing up, you will receive access via email to the online self-study portal, plus study materials. The next steps are:

1. Schedule the first coaching call with one of our trainers

2. Complete the study program and exercises.

   • Depending on your experience and prior knowledge, we recommend allowing 8-16 hours’ focus time for the Foundation level and 24-30 hours for the Lead level courses

3. Schedule your online exam

4. Have your pre-exam coaching session with our trainer

5. Complete your online exam.

   • You will receive your exam result instantly for Foundation level and within 4-6 weeks for Lead level.

6. Apply for your globally accredited ISO certification with the PECB.
